Hello and Introduction

Hello and Love to everyone,

You have entered Kat's blog of her experiences heading to and in Madagascar.  There is so much going on it's hard to know where to start so I'll begin with the presumptuous part.  Asking for money.  I know what you are thinking. "Why should I give Kat money to go on vacation?" It's so much more that though.  I have chosen to use normal vacation time to volunteer for an extensive research and development program.  Blue Ventures, the company taking me to Madagascar, runs a highly successful program in southwestern Madagascar that conducts research on the ecology, documents human impact on that environment and helps the local community to enrich and develop their culture in a sustainable fashion.

So here's the deal:

Any donation large or small is helpful

A donation over $50 gets a gift of a set of ten high quality animal or scenery gift cards

A donation over $80 gets a special gift of a handmade round bud vase by artist Kat Berger
